New Recipe Tuesday - Chicken & Artichoke Spaghetti

Last night I made Chicken and Artichoke Spaghetti

I'm on an artichoke kick I guess!

It's simple and healthy and a fast dinner if you're in a hurry!

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts, slicked
Artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
Marinara
Whole wheat pasta
EVOO
S&P


Heat a skillet with olive oil (about 2T):

Brown your chicken and add a little S&P:
Next, add your sauce and artichokes. Let it simmer about 5-10 min's:
Serve over whole wheat pasta.
I made a quick garlic bread (sliced sourdough, buttered and with some garlic powder on it) to serve alongside it.
