This is going to be short because I feel half dead.
I just want to give an update on how the Couch to 5k is going. I'm on day 1 of week 2 (there's 3 days per week) and I am hating every second of it. BUT, I've lost over a pound! Yay! And I will say that I do think each day it gets a little bit easier.
No idea what I'm talking about? Go here.
And THANK YOU for all the compliments on my hair! For those that asked, I cut about 5" off! And, shockingly, Chris loves it! He was dead set against it (especially when I told him I was putting brown in my hair!) but he really, really likes it! I adore my hairdresser! I think she's a miracle worker!

Good for you for running! I started running last April and had not run in 10 years. I trained and completed a marathon in October (I am going to sound like a broken record cause I mentioned this when you first wrote about the Couch to 5K!) The first couple of weeks were terrible but I promise it gets better and you will be amazed at how far you can run and more surprisingly how much fun it can be!
Thanks for this Jenna. I have been trying to do it but now I am really gonna get serious about it. Do you jog in your house?
I did the couch to 5K starting in August. The first few weeks I thought I would never get through it but I did and just ran 5 miles for the first time on Friday!! I'm a real believer in the program. It was always hard but not so hard that I quit and it always felt so good to get done with a week and say WOW look what I just did.
I know you don't know me, but believe me when I say it will get easier. I'm ancient (over 40 but not much) and quite overweight (and I'm being really kind to myself when I stop at that), and I promise you that you can do this. I started on September 18th this year and I am STILL going. And Hooray! You've lost weight!!!
