Today is another lazy day. We went to church, ate lunch at Abuelos and then went grocery shopping (so much easier when Chris is there to help). B fell asleep in his jumperoo after having a bottle, some oatmeal and stage two banana, pear applesauce puree.
So tonight I'm making turkey burgers a little different. I'm going to use the same turkey (100% all lean white meat) but instead of tarragon I'm using thyme with parsley, a little bit of mayo to bind it, panko bread crumbs and I think I'll add some dijon.
So what are you up to today? What's for dinner?

I found this recipe, and while it does sound really weird with the ingredients, it is SO easy and SO good!! We've had it a couple of time and my husband always says it "smells like Christmas" because of the cinnamon haha. You should try it though, so tasty. We put it over some brown rice with broccoli as a side. Yum!

I need to figure out dinner. Blah.
Hubby and I are going to the movies and having popcorn for dinner...one of my all time favorites!
Oh...and I love Abuelos....I wish we had one near us.
Pizza and chicken from Pizza Ranch, a local favorite for us from Iowa.
Of course you had to go and mention Abuelo's. It's one of my favorite places to go when I visit my brother in Plano. I was cleaning out my purse the other day and found an Abuelo's mint at the bottom of my purse. A yummy surprise. ;-)
After two days of hospital food (which actually wasn't too bad..), I was thrilled to come home today and have hubby help me make grilled lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes, and super sweet corn..One of my favorite dinners! :)
Gosh reading your post and comments, now I'm hungry for something good! Alas we are warming up leftovers from the weekend...choice of pizza or chicken!
I LOVE Abuelo's. We moved and don't have one now, though. So sad! We do have Shogun's, though! YAY! Loved the comments on your last two posts - very helpful. Thank you for your blog. We had leftovers tonight. Jory had Cooking Light Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas and I had a burger from yesterday's cookout.
It was my sister's birthday so my whole family was over and we grilled steaks, had a lovely salad, and potatos & onions in a foil pack on the grill as well. Top it off with cake and ice cream...a great day!!
I had spicy garlic traditional wings and cheese potato wedges at Buffalo Wild Wings! Yum!
I am sure shopping is so much easier with an extra set of hands.
For dinner tonight I had a salad and rice. Yum!
It is so nice to read that you are enjoying lazy days with your family and that B is doing so well :)!
This doesn't have anything to do with your post...just thought I would share.
My husband came through while I was reading your blog...saw B's pic and said, "he is the cutest baby...he should be a model!"
He is a cute kid. :)
