Both my son who is now 4 and my daughter who is 1 tomorrow got their first teeth at 4 months. My daughter will be 1 tomorrow and she has 12 teeth already.
My son is just a few days younger than yours and he doesn't have any teeth yet either. Every child is different! The doctor said he will get one in the next month. But my niece and nephews didn't get ANY until after their first birthday.
Perri just cut her first tooth last week, at 8 1/2 months old!! We thought for months that she was teething but then last week she got super, super needy and chewing the heck out of EVERYTHING she could get her hands on. She'd even lean over at the pool and chew the side of that. Gross, I know. Her second is quickly coming in, though.
My daughter just got her first teeth about 2 months ago at 9 months. But she was teething for months before they actually came in. Her gums were puffy and everything.
Harper was 4 months ...but she was early. All kids are different. My friend Mary Avery's little boy is 14 months and STILL doesn't have teeth. I think Harper started teething around 2 months.....she drooled and chewed on everything for months before a tooth finally popped up.
My daughter Evie didn't her first tooth until she was 9 months old. By the time she was 10 months old she had 4. Her teeth always seem to come in set. She turned 18 months old today and is cutting all 4 molars at once. I know how you feel though. I was certain she was getting one any second for months before that first one popped through. Brayden is such a cutie!
My granddaughter drooled and fussed for two years and had delayed speach but she got teeth at 4 months. My grandson never had ANY symptoms and got his first one at 10 months. We call them popcorn teeth because after that they started popping in.
Landon is just over 7 months and got his 2 bottom front teeth at 6 months and just a few days ago a top left one. I think the other top front one is on its way in. I think this is actually earlier than most babies.
My oldest son didnt get them in until 8 or 9 months.
My daughter started getting hers at 4 months. I have heard that the longer they wait to get them, the healthier the teeth will be. Probably just a old wives tale.
I thought Lilly would get teeth at like 3 or 4 months....but it took her until 7 months. She got the bottom two teeth at the same time. She is 10 and a half months now and is just breaking through one of the top teeth...but she had teething symptoms for months. Doc said she is just a slow teether. No big deal.
Oh my goodness, I hear ya. With Bella, there were SO many times I swore she was teething and nothing would happen. Well to make you feel better, she didn't get her first tooth until she was 15 months!!!! And even then she only had 2 until she was 22 months! Now with Brynn, my second, she got her first tooth at 6 months (which is when children typically get their first teeth), so every child is different. But don't fret it, maybe if he's two and has no teeth! : )
My daughter got her first tooth at 10 months. My boys were both 8 months. Nothing to be worried about unless he's coming up on a year with a no-show of teeth :)
My daughter who is now 4 got her first tooth at 4 months, however my son who is 15 months didn't get his first tooth until 9 months and now only has 6--he got two in at a time. My son drooled and drooled and acted like he was getting teeth from about 3 months on, but never did until 9 months. And now he is getting a molar--this I am very surprised at but I guess he'll be able to eat real food soon :)
My daughter didn't get teeth until she was about 10 months old. I think she only had 2 teeth on her first birthday. My son started getting teeth around 7 months. My daughter managed quite okay without her teeth.
I remember thinking that our little guy was teething around 4-5 months and his first tooth didn't pop through until 7 months. Teething is a very long process!
My boys were 11 1/2 and 10 1/2 months before we saw a first tooth. Don't be in a hurry. It seems to be that the older they are when they teeth, the less fussy they are. But that may just be my experience.
My son got teeth REALLY early. He got his first two when he turned 3 months old. My daughter on the other hand was SLOW! She was 8 or 8 1/2 months before she got her first one!

My oldest didn't get her first tooth until 2 weeks before her first birthday. She was a late one.

Kid #1 got teeth at 5 months.
Kid #2 got teeth at 11 months.
Kid #3 got teeth at 13 months.
They are all so different and yes they slobbered and drooled for months. I love your little B. He's adorable!
My little girl Ellie did not have ANY teeth until a fews weeks after she turned 1. =)

Poor guy! I hope they come through soon!
Brody started working on his at about 6 months and finally got both bottoms ones a couple weeks ago at about 6 1/2 months!

Hit publish too soon, sorry!! Our dentist said 1 year, then x-ray to make sure they HAD teeth. I guess he had a patient with none?
