Today Miss Harper finally met Mr Brayden...kinda. Kelly and I went to lunch to let the miracles meet but they both slept through it! This pic (which I stole from Kelly because I forgot my camera) was right as we were about to go our separate ways and B woke up. You can tell he's a little grouchy! He's not a fan of waking up in his carseat!
It was nice to be able to talk to someone who knows what it's like to be a momma to a NICU baby. We both missed a lot of special times with our kids that most moms get to experience...from just holding them when they are born to taking a normal first car ride home...things most people wouldn't think much about.
Tonight Chris and I went to PF Changs because I am quite possibly addicted to Kung Pow Chicken (I am fairly sure I spelled that wrong). So Yum.

Wow! Its so sad how people can get so caught up in this blog race for stardom. I started my blog a year ago and I can see so many people have changed in just one year. It happens. They get a little fame and it goes to their head. It's just so sad how so many people were hurt by this.

I know exactly what you mean about missing so much with your baby.... its so hard looking back and know how much I missed. My daughter was there for 2 months... I enjoy reading your blog and seeing your miracle grow! We just had a "miracle" themed one year party for my daughter....
How fun! I sooo wish I lived in Arkansas!! haha!
As a Mom of a Trisomy 18 baby who didn't get to enter this world knowing the truth about April Roses blog makes me sick. I don't understand how someone could make things up like this. It's just Sick and Sad.
